This website is run by Just Chillin Snowballs of 1018 Crain Hwy S, Glen Burnie, MD 21061. By browsing it or sending us a request through it, you're agreeing to what's on this page. If you don't agree, please don't use the site, but do still come by for a snowball.

We keep this site as current as we can, but flavors sell out, hours shift with the weather and the season, and prices change. Everything here is for general information and none of it is a binding offer. If something matters to your plans, call us at 410-694-1135 and we'll tell you what's actually true today.

Our flavors, toppings and desserts are made and served in one small space, so any item may have come into contact with common allergens, including milk, nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat and eggs. Ingredient lists and suppliers change from time to time.

If you or a guest has a food allergy, please tell us in person or on your catering request before ordering so we can talk it through. We can't guarantee any item is free of a given allergen.

When you send a catering or party request, you're asking us to hold a date. You aren't booking one. We'll get back to you to confirm availability, pricing and details. Your event is booked only once we've confirmed it directly, and any deposit or cancellation terms we agree at that point are what govern the event.

Please send accurate details. We show up where the request tells us to, on the date the request says.

You keep ownership of anything you send us through a form. By sending it, you're telling us it's yours to send and giving us permission to use it to respond to you and run your event.

If you tag us or send us photos to share, we may repost them on our own social accounts with credit. Ask us and we'll take any post down. How we handle personal details is covered in our privacy policy.

The Just Chillin Snowballs and Quarter & Crain names, logos, photography, flavor and creation names, and the design and copy of this site belong to us. You're welcome to link to us, share our pages, and post about your visit. Please don't copy our branding or content for your own business.

Please don't:

• Send fake requests, spam our forms, or sign up addresses that aren't yours.
• Scrape, hammer, or try to break the site or the services behind it.
• Use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone.

We may block access if any of that happens.

This site links out to other places: our Instagram and Facebook, our Chill Points rewards program, Google Maps, and occasionally other local businesses. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we don't control them or take responsibility for what they do.

This website is provided as is. We don't promise it will always be available, error free, or up to date, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using it, for example a trip made on the strength of hours listed here.

Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that can't be limited under Maryland law, including for the food we actually serve you. Catered events are governed by what we confirm with you directly, not by this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

We may update this page from time to time. The version in force is whatever is posted here, and this one took effect on August 10, 2026.
